Burgers – Keep It Simple

I love burgers! Whilst they are not as good as my undying love for pizza, they definitely are a staple in my cooking repertoire. There is nothing that epitomises summer more than a simple fish fillet alongside a salad. I kept my recipe very simple as I was in a situation where I did not know what I wanted to cook. However, I am extremely pleased with how it came out. I had a delicately flavoured fish, nothing too pungent as my dressing for my side salad was quite strong. There is just something so refreshing about bruschetta. I cannot fathom how anyone does not like at least some combination of toppings on it. The bread is so crispy, yet gives in when you bite it.
